The good weather, slow cooking, best homemade tapas in Ibiza and the La Cava terrace are getting ready to welcome us again in this 2022 season. We´re back! And we want to share with you the preview of a fantastic season in Ibiza.
At La Cava we offer a Basque cuisine fusioned with Mediterranean aromas and a hint of love; and, of course, Elizabeth is back to take the reins of the stoves. Our chef and her team have prepared a spectacular menu to indulge all tastes.
We propose a simple but elaborate option, just like the Mediterranean cuisine is supposed to be. We get our inspiration from the North of Spain, without forgetting for a second about our Mediterranean roots, hence our vast offering, where you can find so many options, from broken eggs with Arbizu sausage, Cantabric salad and the mandatory calamari sandwich, to a black pork sobrasada and wooden oven Manchego cheese. The perfect plan for a tapas day in Ibiza.
At La Cava we offer a seasonal menu, we are passioned about combining seasonal produce that not only give a special flavour to our dishes, but also an exquisite gastronomic offer and a sustainable consumption option.
Among our plates you will find a huge palette of dishes made with more than 80% of local produce. Moreover, we´ve also included some new dishes who will definitely leave a mark. Among them one can find: grilled vegetables, a cheese board, garlic prawns, Russian salad and of course, our star dish returns, the best Shawarma of Ibiza. All is joined by a large selection of the best wines, without forgetting about the best cocktails on the island and our desserts, where the cheesecake is definitely the star.
La Cava is one of those places where one doesn´t notice as the hours go by, whether it´s after an evening stroll on the streets of Ibiza town or after a shopping spree in the city center, as we´re open from the mid-day aperitivo until midnight. From 12 noon until midnight you can enjoy La Cava.
